THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME IN SUCH WAYS AS THEY SHALL THINK FIT IN RELIEVING SICK OR NEEDY EX-SERVICEMEN IN THE CITY OF COVENTRY EITHER DIRECTLY BY WAY OF GIFTS OR LOANS OR INDIRECTLY BY WAY OF GIFTS OR LOANS TO OTHER INSTITUTIONS OR ORGANISATIONS.
