(1) TWO YEARLY SUMS OF ú1 TO THE INCUMBENT FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE UNITED BENEFICE OF KINGSTON, ST MARY WITH BROOMFIELD AND CHEDDON FITZPAINE FOR PREACHING A SERMON ON EASTER DAY AND CHRISTMAS DAY. (2) RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF BROOMFIELD WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
