INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF NEEDY AND DESERVING MEMBERS OF THE CONGREGATION OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST. GEORGE, REDDITCH, WHO REGULARLY ATTEND DIVINE SERVICE EITHER IN THE SUPPLY OF ARTICLES IN KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT. PROVIDED THAT INCOME SHALL NOT BE APPLIED DIRECTLY IN RELIEF OF RATES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS BUT MAY BE APPLIED IN SUPPLEMENTING RELIEF OF ASSISTANCE PRIVIDED OUT OF PUBLIC FUNDS.
