(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO FURTHER RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE UNITARIAN CHURCH IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
(2) SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 21, THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 2 OF THE SCHEDULE OF THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY INCLUDING PROVISION OF A CHAPEL, BURIAL GROUND AND SUNDAY SCHOOL
