THE BUREAU IS ESTABLISHED FOR PURPOSES BENEFITIN THE COMMUNITY IN THE AREA OF THE CHILTERN DISTRICT COUNCIL (A) BY ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO MENTAL,PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE (B) BY RELIEVING POVERTY.
