Charitable objects

(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE FORMER COUNTY BOROUGH OF SOUTH SHIELDS AS CONSTITUTED ON THE 12TH JUNE 1961 (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE AREA OF BENEFIT) AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THERE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE RELIGION. (2) THE SAID LAND AND BUILDING SHALL BE APPROPRIATED AND USED AS A MOSQUE AND SCHOOL FOR THE SAID OBJECTS.
