Charitable objects

UPON TRUST TO PAY THE SAME TO SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES AND IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTIONS AS THE SUBSCRIBER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN WRITING DIRECT AND IN DEFAULT OF SUCH DIRECTIONS WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS AFTER SUCH RECEIPT OR RECOVERY AS AFORESAID UPON TRUST TO PAY THE SAMT TO SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING MAY DETERMINE.
