FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH OF THE FOLLOWING PERSONS AS ARE FOR THE TIME BEING NECESSITOUS AND DESERVING - ANY AND EVERY PERSON WHO IS A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF THE SETTLOE OR OF THE SETTLOR'S DAUGHTER AND COMPLETED ONE YEAR'S CONTUNUOUS SERVICE IN SUCH EMPLOYMENTS.
