AID AND ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS WHO ARE MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE MAKING OF GRANTS, DONATIONS AND LOANS WITH OR WITHOUT INTEREST TO PERSONS, SOCIETIES OR ORGANISATIONS HAVING CHARITABLE OBJECTS SIMILAR TO THOSE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AND FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSESOR CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS AS THE EXECUTIVE FOR THE TIME BEING SHALL DECIDE.
