TO ASSIST AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS AND RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM ESPECIALLY THOSE OF LIMITED MEANS OR OPPORTUNITY BY MEANS OF RECREATIONAL OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES (AND IN PARTICULAR THROUGH CYCLING, SWIMMING, CANOEING AND MOUNTAINEERING) SO HELPING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
