TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE HOME PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICE WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND, GENERALLY, TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOME PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICE.
