TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS OR MAY BECOME CHARITABLE WITHIN THE AREA OF CAMELFORD INCLUDING ALL THOSE VILLAGES WITHIN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL THAT FALL WITHIN THE FORMER RURAL DISTRICT AREA OF CAMELFORD AND THE PARISH OF BLISLAND.
