1) TO PROMOTE AND INCREASE RECRUITMENT EFFICIENCY AND MORALE IN THE ROYAL REGIMENT OF ARTILLERY AND ITS MEMBERS WHETHER REGULAR, SPECIAL RESERVE, TERRATORIAL OR TEMPORARY 2) RELIEF OF POVERTY OR DISTRESS AMONG PAST, PRESENT OR FUTURE MEMBERS OF ALL RANKS OF THE ROYAL ARTILLERY AND THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS OF ANY DECEASED MEMBER AS AFORESAID.
