Charitable objects
3.1.1 the advancement and promotion of the arts for the benefit of the public, including (but not limited to) theatre, music, dance and live performance and the encouragement of artistic knowledge and appreciation by providing opportunities for all to experience live theatre and artistic performance, including by maintaining and supporting the Theatre Royal, Bath and all its auditoria; and
3.1.2 the advancement and promotion of education in the arts for the benefit of the public, including (but not limited to) by providing opportunities for participation in the arts to a wide and diverse community.
