(II) THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF ANIMALS OF ALL KINDS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASA.ON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES, ILL-USAGE, OR OTHER SIMILAR CAUSES AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.
