Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE REHABILITATION AND EDUCATION OF PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, ESPECIALLY THOSE OF AFRO-CARIBBEAN ETHNIC ORIGINS, WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF CRIMINAL OFFENCES IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE THE PROVISION OF A HOSTEL OR HOSTELS FOR SUCH PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN RELEASED RECENTLY FROM ANY PENAL OR OTHER CORRECTIVE ESTABLISHMENT.
