TO PROVIDE A FACILITY TO ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS AS ARE PUPILS OR STUDENTS OF SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES AND ARE RESIDENT IN WOKING AND ITS ENVIRONMENT TO UNDERTAKE GYMNASTICS. FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 3 OF THE CONSTITUTION
