THE BEAUTIFICATION OF TEWKESBURY ABBEY BY THE PROVISION OF FLOODLIGHTING AND THE TRUST SHALL ESTABLISH AND PROVIDE SUCH FLOODLIGHTING AND CARRY OUT MAINTENANCE, PAY FOR RUNNING COSTS, REINSTATE EQUIPMENT AND CARRY OUT ALL ANCILLARY WORK AND MATTERS IN RELATION THERETO.
