TO BENEFIT DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED OR MENTALLY DISORDERED PERSONS BY THE SUPPLY OF INFORMATION, ADVICE OR PRACTICAL AID TO SUCH PERSONS AND IN PARTICULAR BY LENDING OR LEASING OR MAKING AVAILABLE TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS, MECHANICAL, ELECTRONIC OR OTHER AIDS TO ASSIST SUCH PERSONS TO ACHIEVE GREATER MOBILITY AND GENERALLY TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO ATTAIN A RICHER INVIRONMENT OF LIFE AND TO BE LESS DEPENDENT ON OTHER PERSONS.
