TO IMPLEMENT THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED MOTORISTS LTD WAS FORMED; NAMELY, TO ENCOURAGE INTEREST IN ROAD SAFETY BY HELPING MOTORISTS AND MOTORCYCLISTS TO PASS THE ADVANCED TEST.
