THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION BY THE CONDUCT OF PUBLIC WORSHIP ACCORDING TO THE TENETS OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM AS UNDERSTOOD BY THE SECT THEREOF KNOWN AS AHLE-I-SUNNAT WAL JAMAT MUSLIM AND THE INSTRUCTION OF PERSONS PROFESSING THE RELIGION IN THE FAITH OF THE RELIGION.
