TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE TRAINEES OF BROADFIELDS SOCIAL EDUCATION CENTRE AND IN PARTICULAR TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER ACTIVITIES NOT PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
