TO AID YOUNG PEOPLE IN WINCHESTER CITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHO ARE AT RISK OR SUFFERING THROUGH THE EFFECTS OF HOMELESSNESS AND/OR UNEMPLOYMENT AND/OR WHO LACK THE CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM TO GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, GUIDANCE AND ADVICE AND A VARIETY OF GROUP ACTIVITIES.
