THE OBJECT OF THE TRUST IS THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO BLOOD DISEASES AND THE DISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE PATIENTS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM A BLOOD DISEASE INCLUDING BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY PATIENTS SUFFERING FORM HAEMOPHILIA, LEUKAEMIA AND A.I.D.S.
