2) SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 24, THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 2 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THE SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE COMMITTEE FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY.
