TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION, MEANS OR ABILITY, IN PARTICULAR THOSE WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS BY OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY, EDUCATION AND CARE FACILITIES.
