(3) EXHIBITION FOR BENEFICIARIES UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (4) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS ETC. TO SCHOOL LEAVERS TO ASSIST ENTRY INTO TRADE OR PROFESSION.
