TO PROVIDE REWARD FOR GOOD CONDUCT AND ATTAINMENT AND IN ANY OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT A NEEDY CHILD OR CHILDREN WHILST REGISTERED TO ATTEND DEWHURST ST MARY SCHOOL, CHESHUNT, OR ST MARY'S HIGH SCHOOL, CHESHUNT; THE TRUSTEES TO CONSULT WITH THE TRUSTEES OF THE DEWHURST CHARITY AND WITH THE HEADTEACHERS OF THOSE SCHOOLS WHEN DETERMINE AMOUNTS AT THE TRUSTEES DISCRETION TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE DEWHURST CHARITY OR TO THE SCHOOLS DIRECTLY OR OTHERWISE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TRUSTS.
