THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF TRAINING IN ATHLETICS, BASKETBALL, BOXING, CRICKET, FOOTBALL, HOCKEY, NETBALL, ROUNDERS, SWIMMING AND TENNIS IN AFFILIATED SCHOOLS AND THE ORGANISATION OF COMPETITIONS IN THESE SPORTS HELD OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS.
