Charitable objects

THE NET INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE APPLIED IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS TO PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF TWENTY THREE YEARS AND ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND ARE FATHERLESS CHILDREN OF ENGLISH PARENTS: (A) THE AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES, OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES. (B) PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOL, INSTRUEMENTS, OR BOOKS TO HELP BENEFICARIES ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY, OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO PREPARE FOR, OR, OR TO ENTER, A TRADE, PROFESSION, OR CALLING; (C) OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF BENEFICIARIES.
