1. FOR THE PROMOTION AND ECOURAGEMENT OF EDCUATIONAL AND TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF RETAIL SELLING OF DRESS FABRIC AND/ OR OTHER TEXTILES AND IN PARTICULAR WITH A VIEW TO ACHIEVING THE SAID PURPOSE BY THE AWARD OF ONE OR MORE ANNUAL PRIZES TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO RE FOR THE TIME BEING EMPLOYED IN THE SAID BUSINESS APPOINTED BY THEM AS JUDGES HAVE DURING THE PRECEDING YEAR MADE THE GREATEST CONTRIBUTION TO THE SAID BUSINESS, SUCH PRIZES BEING INTENDED TO ENABLE THE WINNERS THEREOF TO STUDY CURRENT DEVELOPMETN IN THE SAID BUSINESS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND/OR OVERSEAS. 2. FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITALBE PURPOSES OR OBJECTS IN SUCH SHARES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FTI.
