TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER; AND TO HELP THEM TO OVERCOME THE DIFFICULTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR CONDITION, TO PRESERVE THEIR FULL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS CITIZENS, AND TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AND AS NORMALLY AS POSSIBLE BY THE PROVISION OF ADVOCACY SERVICES
