THE RELIEF OF THE PERSONS WHO HAVE SUFFERED A STROKE AND THEIR DEPENDENTS OR CARERS IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
