THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO HAVE SUFFERED STROKES BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES, AND ALSO FOR THE CARERS OF SUCH PERSONS INSOFAR AS THEY ARE IN NEED AND WHO WISH TO BENEFIT FROM SUPPORT AVAILABLE TO THEM.
