Charitable objects
FOR SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CAPABLE OF BEING PURSUED AND BEING HELD TO BE CHARITABLE UNDER ENGLISH LAW SUBJECT TO THAT AND ALWAYS WITHIN THE TERMS THEREOF THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE FULL REGARD TO THE WISHES OF THE SETTLOR EXPRESSED BY THEM DURING HIS LIFETIME AND ANY WRITTEN EXPRESSION OF THOSE WISHES.
