(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE DISTRICT OF SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE IN MATTERS RELATING TO CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
(3) TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ADVICE TO THE CARERS AND FAMILIES OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
