THE RELIEF AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT AT HEOL GOFFA SPECIAL SCHOOL (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BT THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY) WITH A VIEW THAT SUCH CHILDREN ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL IN SOCIETY.
