Charitable objects
FOR THE SETTING UP OF A TRUST FUND FOR THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL ANNUAL PRIZES FOR THE SCHOOL. THE INCOME ONLY OF THE FUND TO BE SO UTILISED. THE FUND TO BE KNOWN AS THE 'GEORGE KNEE PRIZE FUND.' A SMALL PLAQUE ALSO TO BE SET UP IN THE SCHOOL BUILDINGS IN MEMORY OF GEORGE KNEE.
