FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CREATON, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN CREATON FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
