(2) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AN ANIMAL SHELTER AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF STRAY AND UNWANTED ANIMALS AND TO RE-HOME OR FOSTER WHERE APPROPRIATE. (3) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF ANIMAL CARE AND WELFARE
