(B)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY CONDUCTING, WHERE APPROPRIATE, STUDY AND RESEARCH INTO METHODS OF TREATMENT OF SUCH PERSONS AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
(C)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY TRAINING PERSONS IN COUNSELLING SO THAT THEY MAY ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR EMOTIONAL DISORDERS OR PROBLEMS.
(D)TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE AFFECTED BY THE EFFECTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (INCLUDING RAPE OR SEXUAL ABUSE) BY THE PROVISION OF A TELEPHONE HELPLINE OFFERING ANONYMOUS CONFIDENTIAL SUPPORT AND/OR INFORMATION.
