FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR THOSE ITEMS OF ORDINARY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE ALMSHOUSES BELONGING TO THE CHARITY AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY REPAIR, IMPROVEMENT OR REBUILDING OF THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CHARITY AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
