3.1 TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED THROUGH POVERTY OR DISTRESS, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, OF IRISH DESCENT IN THE WEST MIDLANDS, BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OR OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY IN IRISH HERITAGE MUSIC, DRAMA, ARTS, DANCE AND THE IRISH LANGUAGE IN THE WEST MIDLANDS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OR OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
