Charitable objects

TO PROVIDE FOR MEMBERS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD THE PROTECTION AND TRAINING OF AN ACADEMIC HOUSE, CONDUCTED ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, BUT WITH FULL PROVISION FOR THE LIBERTY OF THOSE WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS. TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER THINGS AS ARE INCIDENTAL OR CONDUCIVE TO ADVANCING EDUCATION, LEARNING AND RESEARCH IN OXFORD OR ELSEWHERE.
