A) TO PREVENT AND RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS TO CATS, DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND PROTECTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, NEGLECT OR MALTREATMENT
B) TO PROVIDE A SPAYING AND NEUTERING SERVICE FOR ANY SUCH ANIMAL WHOSE OWNERS DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO PROVIDE SUCH A SERVICE THEMSELVES.
