Charitable objects
1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF AFRICAN CULTURE, ARTS, HISTORY AND LANGUAGE. 2) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS, TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND ADVANCE EDUCATION OF PERSONS OF AFRICAN ORIGIN BY PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND SUCH FACILITIES AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM NECESSARY. 3) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES.
