THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST ARE FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF JEWISH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT OR BEING EDUCATED AT THE TIKVA CHILDREN'S HOMES AND SCHOOLS IN ODESSA IN THE UKRAINE BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION CONSIDER APPROPRIATE.
