THE CENTRE IS ESTABLISHED TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PERSONS IN MEDWAY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A PROGRAMME OF PERSONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE SO THAT THEY MAY BE MORE ABLE TO GROW TO MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
