IN FURTHERANCE OF EDUCATION AT THE BISHOP LUFFA CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL, CHICHESTER (THE "SCHOOL") AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION OF THE FOREGOING) BY THE PROVISION OF MONIES TO ASSIST IN THE BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT OF FURTHER FACILITIES AT THE SCHOOL'S SITE IN CHICHESTER AS RECOMMENDED BY THE SCHOOL'S GOVERNING BODY.
