TO PROVIDE QUALIFIED FREE OF CHARGE COUNSELLING SUPPORT TO WHOLE FAMILIES OR INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN LEICESTER, LEICESTERSHIRE, OR RUTLAND WHERE AN ILLNESS OR CONDITION IMPACTS ON HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF A CHILD OR YOUNG PERSON IN THE FAMILY, CREATING CIRCUMSTANCES THAT CHALLENGE RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THE IMMEDIATE/WIDER FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
